We believe building strong relationships from the start is crucial. We strive to stay in daily communication with our customers.
When we visit you for a free in-home design consultation, our patio cover professional will listen to your design plans, ideas and needs. We will provide you with a detailed estimate for building a beautiful and affordable patio cover.
We have been in business for over fifteen years, and we have built over 1,000 patio covers in the Houston area. It is very likely we have built a patio cover similar to what you are wanting. During your design consultation, we will show you many pictures from our portfolio to help you determine which style and design are perfect for your home.
Next, we will spend time with you in your backyard discussing our construction process as well as explaining local building codes. We will discuss decorative options like decorative concrete, stone or brick pedestals, tongue and groove ceilings, lighting and ceiling fan options.
Once you approve the estimate, we will prepare a set of required drawings to obtain the necessary building permits from the City of Katy Building Department . We will also prepare the application and drawings to submit to your HOA/ARC for approval. Open lines of communication are always in place, and you will receive various updates leading to the start of the job. When construction begins, project managers will conduct quality assurance site visits and give updates on production, which allows them to solve any pressing issues before they arise. Following a job’s completion, a final walk-through is scheduled.
