Affordable Shade Patio Covers has been an exterior remodeling expert in Houston since 2003. In early 2006 we began to narrow our focus and specialize in custom-built patio covers, designed to complement the look and quality of your home. Our History
We Build Custom Patio Covers & Shade Arbors for Houston Outdoor Living
We consider your patio cover structure to be ‘step one’ in creating outdoor living. The structure is the most important step of your outdoor project. A patio cover is an addition to your home. It MUST be built structurally sound. We build all of our projects to windstorm standards and are fully insured. Let us do the hard part…and do it right. We take care of all requirements from start to finish. You will receive a free estimate and after signing our office will take over and keep the project rolling. We create 3-D renderings, obtain city permitting, HOA approvals, engineered seals, and financing approvals, place 811Dig calls, schedule all aspects of the build, and receive all city and windstorm finals.
The outdoor fire pits, plants, fireplaces, furniture, and outdoor kitchens can all be added once the protected outdoor living space of a patio cover has been established.
